Yoga has paused until May 2026

As many of you know, I am still in yoga school, and I’m choosing to take this time to fully focus on completing my training with excellence and devotion. 

In order to expand as your teacher, I must also honor my season as a student.

 You showed up. You softened. You stretched beyond the mat.
