Starting December 1st, we’ll explore how the words we speak to ourselves shape the life we create.
We’ll learn how to:
Replace negative thoughts with empowering truth
Build a daily affirmation practice
Strengthen our emotional resilience
Create a mindset rooted in self-love, worthiness, and grace
This is the season of speaking life over yourself.
Remember, “Rest is a form of productivity.” Take 20 minutes this week just for YOU (even if it’s a quiet tea and journal moment while the kids are busy).
