Wine Down Wednesday is a gentle, soul-soothing Yin Yoga class designed to help you release the week and return to yourself.
This midweek practice invites your body to slow down, soften, and safely let go of stored tension. Through long-held, supported postures and guided breathwork, we create space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.
This is not a class about pushing or performing.
This is a space for softness, presence, and ease.
A glass of wine or calming tea is welcome but always optional. The true intention is to exhale — mentally, physically, and emotionally.
What You’ll Experience
This class is trauma-informed and beginner-friendly. You are always encouraged to modify, rest, or pause whenever needed. Your body leads — not force, not expectation.
